Picnic Pavilions
Pavilions are available to rent all year long for family and group functions for $50.00 a day. Please click on a specific pavilion in the slideshow below for more information regarding facility accommodations. To check availability, use the provided "Pavilion Reservations Calendar" below. All submitted reservation requests will hold your reservation slot for 72 hours until our office confirms receipt of payment. Link to reserve a pavilion is at the bottom of this page.
**Note: The $50.00 rental fee is due within 72 hours after submitting your request. Requests without payment after 72 hours are automatically cancelled.**
Thompson’s Station Community Center
The Community Center is available to rent all year long for family and group functions. TSCC rentals vary in rates, depending on the length of reservation and event usage. Please visit the Thompson's Station Community Center page for more information on rental rates and usage.
To rent the TSCC, confirm availability with the calendar below and submit an Event Permit Application. Rentals are approved by the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board.
**Note: The TSCC rental fee is due within 72 hours after approval from the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board. Requests without payment after 72 hours are automatically cancelled.**
Reserve a Pavilion:
- Review pavilions and maximum occupancy restrictions.
- Confirm pavilion availability on the Pavilion Reservations Calendar.
- Complete the reservation request form.
- Pay the $50.00 rental fee through Point & Pay.
Reserve the TSCC:
- Review TSCC Policies and Guidelines.
- Confirm availability on the reservation calendar.
- Complete an Event Permit Application.
