The Tennessee Statewide Crisis Line, available 24 hours a day/365 days a year, is a resource for anyone experiencing a mental health crisis.   All calls are routed to a trained crisis counselor in your area, who will provide you support and guidance, and work to connect you with appropriate community supports.

988: Suicide & Crisis Lifeline

Any Tennessean can call 988 and press 0 to be routed to their local call center. 988 offers 24/7 access to trained crisis counselors who can help people experiencing mental health-related distress. 

People can call or text 988 or chat 988lifeline.org for themselves or if they are worried about a loved one who may need crisis support.
