The Town of Thompson's Station Board of Mayor and Aldermen will hold a Public Hearing and Second Reading on the following proposed ordinance: 

PROPOSED ORDINANCE 2025-012: 

An Ordinance of the Board of Mayor and Aldermen of the Town of Thompson's Station, Tennessee to Amend the Town's Zoning Map by rezoning 10.73 acres of Territory located at 4470 Les Watkins Road (Map: 133 Parcel: 033.00) from T2, Rural Countryside Zoning District and 11.94 acres of Territory located at 4526 Harpeth School Road (Map: 144, Parcel: 002.05) from D1, Residential District 1 to SP, Specific Plan.
