TDOT will begin a new resurfacing project for portions of I-840 in Thompson’s Station, with the entirety of the project occurring between Mile Markers 27.8 - 37.4 on I-840 in both directions of travel.
This work is scheduled to begin this Sunday, August 2, with a contracted completion date of the end of November 2026. During the resurfacing project, there will be east bound and west bound nightly lane closures between 8:00 P.M. – 5:00 A.M.
