Ice Storm Debris Removal Update February 26, 2026:
- Ice storm debris collection to end Friday, March 13th.
- If trees on your property were damaged in the ice storm, please place tree/limb debris from your property at the curb.
- Please do not place limbs, trees, or other ice storm-related debris within the roadway, and be sure to keep storm drains clear.
- If you are able, please cut limbs and trees into 3–4-foot sections.
- Debris must be placed at the curb or edge of pavement in a manner that allows Public Works to safely retrieve it.
- Debris that is placed in a manner that does not allow for safe retrieval, or that is not associated with the ice storm, will not be collected.
- Public Work crews will be collecting debris in sweeps across Town.
- They may not be able to collect all the debris at the curb on your property at once
- They will return for any uncollected debris in subsequent sweeps.
- If you have debris for pick up, please complete a Public Works Order so we can efficiently track needs around Town.
Reminders:
- Public Works will collect tree and landscape debris from the ice storm placed at the curb.
- To ensure Public Works is aware of your ice storm debris to be collected, please complete a Public Works Order.
We appreciate your patience.
