The Town of Thompson’s Station is accepting Sealed Bids for the Sarah Benson Playground Project.
This bid package is for construction of the Sarah Benson Playground. Project includes all work shown on the plans and specifications to include, but not be limited to, the following items: Demolition, Site Preparation, Grading, Utilities, Erosion Control (both permanent and temporary), Paving, Concrete Sidewalks and a Playground Package.
Sealed Bids will be received by the Town of Thompson’s Station, at their offices located at 1110 Fountain View Blvd, Thompson’s Station, Tennessee 37179 until 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, and opened publicly at the Town of Thompson’s Station Community Center located at 1555 Thompson’s Station Rd. West, Thompson’s Station, Tennessee 37179. The reading of the bids will begin at 2:30 P.M. This project is funded under an agreement with the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC) Local Parks and Recreation (LPRF) grant.
