Public Open House for the Simon Sagefield Development
The developer and design team for the proposed Sagefield Mall Development at 1733 Lewisburg Pike will host a come-and-go public open house on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at the Thompson’s Station Community Center, 1555 Thompson’s Station Road West.
Residents are invited to view the Site Plan and speak with the project team during either of the following sessions: • 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. • 4:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
The Sagefield Site Plan will be considered by the Thompson’s Station Planning Commission at 6:00 p.m. that evening in the Town Hall Boardroom at Thompson’s Station Town Hall, 1110 Fountain View Boulevard.
All interested community members are encouraged to attend.
