Mental Health Awareness: Week 4

The Town of Thompson’s Station is proud to have been able recognize Mental Health Awareness Month throughout May, through our multi-part campaign highlighting key resources, local support, and the healing power of nature.

🔹 Week 1 – Crisis Support Resources
Residents are encouraged to utilize available 24/7 mental health hotlines:

  • Mental Health & Substance Abuse Helpline: 800-560-5767

🔹 Week 2 – Local Mental Health Partners
The Town spotlighted trusted local providers offering counseling, support groups, and wellness services:

Spending time in green spaces has been proven to reduce stress and improve overall well-being. Residents are encouraged to explore the Town’s parks and trails as part of a healthy self-care routine.
