The Town of Thompson’s Station, Tennessee will begin accepting Bids for the construction of Heritage Commons Paving July 14, 2026.
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Town of Thompson’s Station Town Hall located at 1110 Fountain View Blvd, Thompson’s Station, Tennessee 37179, until July 30, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. local time. At that time, the Bids received will be publicly opened, read aloud, and the apparent successful Bidder identified subject to further bid evaluation. Bids received after the above time and date will be rejected.
Description of the Project:
Resurfacing existing Town streets within the Heritage Commons development area which consists of approximately 5,250 linear feet of roadway to be resurfaced. Includes cold planning a depth of 1.5” for all roads to be resurfaced as well as striping.
