PROPOSED ORDINANCE 2026-020: An Ordinance of the Town of Thompson’s Station, Tennessee, initiating the creation of a Central Business Improvement District within the Town of Thompson’s Station. An Ordinance of the Town of Thompson’s Station, Tennessee, initiating the creation of a Central Business Improvement District within the Town of Thompson’s Station. The purpose of the public hearing is to determine whether the “Town of Thompson’s Station Central Business Improvement District – Town Center Depot District” (“District”) shall be established. The District is proposed to be created under Title 7, Chapter 84, Tennessee Code Annotated for the purpose of facilitating the economic development of the Town through the construction and installation of public improvements in the District and surrounding area. This Public Hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. and will be held at the Thompson’s Station Town Hall, 1110 Fountain View Boulevard, Thompson’s Station, TN 37179. All interested persons are invited to attend.
