Special Called Planning Commission Meeting

On Tuesday, December 17, 2024, at 6:00 PM the planning commission will hold a Special Called meeting and public hearings on the Plans of Services for the following properties located in the Urban Growth Boundary for the Town of Thompson’s Station:

1. Request to annex 10.59 acres located at 4470 Les Watkins Road (Map 133 Parcel 33.00);
2. Request to annex 149.21 acres located at 1546 West Harpeth Road (Map 118 Parcel 7; Map 119 Parcels 7.03, 7.04, 7.05, 7.07, 7.08, and 7.09);
3. Request to annex 15.11 acres located at 2053 Lewisburg Pike (Map 155 Parcel 15.11);
4. Request to annex 1 acre located at 1921 Lewisburg Pike (Map 144 Parcel 78);
5. Request to annex 1.74 acres located at 4618 Harpeth-Peytonsville Road (Map 144 Parcel 42.04); and
6. Request to annex 91.16 acres located at 4628 Harpeth-Peytonsville Road (Map 144 Parcel 45).

This meeting will be held at the Thompson’s Station Town Hall, 1110 Fountain View Blvd., Thompson’s Station, TN 37179. All interested persons are invited to attend.
