We are updating our Code Requirements!
The Town of Thompson's Station is updating our adoption of the International Code Council family of codes. To help ensure the health, life safety, and general well-being of our Town residents, we have adopted and will begin enforcing (January 1, 2025) the 2021 ICC Residential, Building, Fire, Plumbing, Mechanical, Property Maintenance, Swimming Pool and Spa, and Existing Building Codes, in addition to the 2018 NFPA 101 - Life Safety Code.
Effective immediately, we have adopted and will begin enforcing the 2018 ICC Energy Conservation Code.
